Major Minerals Mines [Manganese,

For acquiring Major Minerals Mines, the applications
under prescribed format under rules M.C.R.1960 should be given to
the Mining Officer, Collectorate, Balaghat. Similarly for minor
minerals the applications in the prescribed format under rule 1996
should be given to the Mining Officer, Collectorate,
Balaghat.
The Major Minerals Mines are sanctioned by M.R.D. Bhopal for the period of 20 years. The Minor Minerals Mines Sand is sanctioned for 2 years and Stone is sanctioned for 10 years. The Indsutrial based Minerals Mines like Stone for Crasher is sanctioned for 10 years, Clay for tiles for 10 years, clay for Bricks for 10 years. The Mines can be availed only by residents of Balaghat district. The applications are considered as per priority rules : SC/ST Socities/OBC Socities/Educated Unemployed [BPL] socities/Individual [BPL]/Any other applicant. In the above mentioned socities the 50% members should be of the named category. And the president of society should be also of the named category person. |
For acquiring Minor Minerals Mines, the applications
under prescribed format under rules 1996 should be given to the CEO
of the concern Block.
The Minor Minerals Mines are sanctioned by CEO for the period of 2 years. The Mines can be availed only by residents of concern Panchayat.. The applications are considered as per priority rules : SC/ST Socities/OBC Socities/Educated Unemployed [BPL] socities/Individual [BPL]/Any other applicant. In the above mentioned socities the 50% members should be of the named category. And the president of society should be also of the named category person. |
The forest produce like Timber,Commercial Bamboo
& Industrial Bamboo are sold in buk by Auction. The auction
dates are declared every year on newspapers by three production
division i.e. North,South & West. The auctions are held at
respective depots.
Individual can approach to depots for small purchase of Nistar Bamboo. Minor forest produce like Tendu Leaves & Harra are sold by calling tenders at Head Office Bhopal. The other minor produce like Aonla,Chirota seed & Chirongi can be purchased from store house of Minor Forest Produce Union office at local level. |
